Thank you for sharing your shop. I would suggest replacing your single head machines with Barudan Pro3’s, and then getting the Barudan Bluetooth manager, so you can edit and select your needle number, then send directly to the machine in U3 format which will preserve that data, and speed up edits. As a side benefit, all of your hoops will work with these machines.

Will never work in South Africa, they don't even show up 5days a week.

I have worked 10 hours a day 4 days a week and only get a 10 minute brake with in a 6 hour period 5am to 8am 10min brake then 8am to 11 lunch am so I have mixed feelings on it

I would love that. Unfortunately, I do 10 hr shifts 5 days a week and still can’t get enough work done. Sometimes 12 hr shifts.

Yesss i was meh at first but just did 5 days last year. This year we are doing the 4 day 10 hr shifts i love the time off extra for 2 hrs more a day so worth it

I have a four day work week and I’ll never go back if I can help it. I was able to negotiate my hours and three other coworkers have followed what I’ve done.

I loved working four 10 hour shifts. I got more work done and felt like i had more time off

Well that still adds up to a 40 hour work week. So doesn’t seem that revolutionary of an idea. But does make sense, I’d be motivated to work 4 long days than 5 normal ones

It's nice to have options but most of their own examples would be quicker with a laser because you don't have to take all the time taping a mask to each piece with a laser engraver. The best use for this that I see is on very irregular shaped surfaces like the rocks but you could do it on much more complex geometries like engraving names onto deer antlers (if you can fit it inside) or sandblasting 3D prints to smooth them out instead of spending hours sanding by hand.
